Dwarf French Bean 'Faraday'
From our friends at Winnow Farm Seeds comes Faraday, which they rate as the best dwarf French bean they’ve found for flavour. This variety produces beautifully straight, slender green beans which are fine-textured and tender, quite different from the thicker, more robust green bean varieties. The flavour is fresh and delicate, perfect for quick cooking, steaming, or eating just-picked.
The plants themselves are neat and vigorous, with strong growth that easily supports heavy harvests without flopping. Like many dwarf varieties, Faraday has been bred to crop generously over a few short weeks, delivering a concentrated flush of delicious beans when you need them most.
