Wild Rocket 'Uber'

From our friends at Winnow Farm Seeds comes Uber, a rocket variety that combines the vigour of salad rocket with the bold, peppery punch of wild rocket. Its great to harvest even in the colder months and it adds a fresh, spicy kick to salads from autumn right through to early spring.

Uber is particularly versatile in the garden, if left to bolt it produces delicate, edible flowers that are both flavoursome and a magnet for early-season pollinators. This variety is hardy and fast-growing, making it a standout for continuous winter greens. 

Sow: mid March-May & Aug-Sept (undercover or outside)
Plant: densely for baby leaves, 20cm for salad leaves
Harvest: 4-8 weeks after sowing
