Cabbage 'Kalibos'
From our friends at Winnow Farm Seeds comes Kalibos, arguably the most striking cabbage you can grow. This Eastern European heirloom produces crisp, pointed heads in an electric purple hue that’s impossible to ignore, a real showstopper in any vegetable patch. Kalibos isn’t just about looks: the flavour is wonderfully sweet and refreshing, with a satisfying crunch that makes it perfect for salads, slaws or fermented into vibrant krauts.
This variety is relatively compact, making it ideal for smaller plots or raised beds. Kalibos also makes a fantastic ornamental addition to a kitchen garden, especially when paired with contrasting plants.
